“Platform” – an e-commerce platform owned and operated by the Company, accessible via the Internet at remedcare.pl and/or remedpl.com (or any other URL specified by the Seller), through which Users can browse Product listings, place Orders, and pay for Products. The Platform includes all pages, features, functionalities, databases, and services provided by the Company.
“User” – a person who visits and/or uses the Platform, regarding whom their Personal Data is processed, including visitors and Users of the Platform (“User”, “You”, “Your”).
“Personal Data” – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, processed by the Company in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Privacy Policy (“Personal Data”, “Data”).
“Consent” – any freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the User’s wishes, by which they confirm their Consent to Our use of Cookies through a clear affirmative action on their part.
Terms and definitions not defined in this Section 1 of the Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with the meaning established by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Poland, or, in the absence thereof, in their ordinary meaning.

4. Types of Cookies We Collect and Their Purposes
We use both first-party Cookies, set by the Platform’s domain, and third-party Cookies / SDKs from Our providers (analytics, security, payments, etc.). Cookies can be session-based (active until the browser/web session is closed) or persistent (stored for a defined period). In mobile applications, similar technologies may be used instead of Cookies (local app storage, device/session identifiers, push tokens) for the same purposes described below.
